Worst experience ever with tfg, be warned people. They are ***********

Tfg has ruined my credit score, I can’t get a loan or open even an account. I payed my account with them last year November, this year am told I was handed over to their lawyers. Spoke to their lawyers provided proof they then told me that they handed the case back to tfg since they can see I payed in full. I call them everyday since March they take me from pillar to post. Everyday I have to start the process all over again and again. Wednesday I called them and they were like ‘we have rectified our mistake you will be cleared tomorrow ‘ . I call them the following day they tell me I have to start the process all over again. Am fed up, I have waisted my time and resources trying to clear my name. Am even thinking of taking this further.
