Worst experience ever with online shopping

I ordered a dstv online from Hi Online with order p*** ibwas assured that the item was secured as it shows there was items in stock. I paid and the confirmation was received that the order was placed. Today I get an email that my order was cancelled due to the fact that the item could not be sourced after I was assured that my item has been secured. If it was not available then I would not be able to buy it online. I am highly and upset about this as I know my.order was cancelled.so.someone else could get the decoder if this is what this online store and group is all about then I would definately not recommend anybody else to try it as you will be wasting your time and money. I will be taking the matter further and I will be sending an email to your CEO as well as this just don't add up.
