Worst experience ever. Never do online purchases with @home

Worst experience ever. I made an online purchase from @home, i accidentally chose the wrong store to collect the item. I called the call centre to advise and to maybe assist with changing to another store. Spoke to Nicaela who couldn't be bothered to assist, she couldn't come up with a solution that will assist me as a client. Instead she said its either I go to the wrong store I chose or a refund, she was not even sympathetic. I ended up cancelling the order. She called today to confirm cancellation, she is very impatient and lacks customer service. She still couldn't try to retain the sale, i know its not alot of my money but she could've at least tried to offer a better solution. Still she didn't even after i told her that the clock was on special and i wanted it at that price, she said theres nothing she can do. I am disgusted at the service received, you clearly do not care about customer service. One thing is for sure, i will never buy online again. I will rather go to the store and be assisted with someone who actually wants to assist.
