Worst Experience by Far

The company has put me on debt collections all because they got their information incorrect on their side . I am Livid at the way this has turned out . I pay every month more than whats expected from me . When opening the account , I told them I get paid on the 20th - But for what I don't know someone has added that I get paid on the 30th of every month , I am paying collection fees and interest rates that I am not supposed to be paying . I want all of this refunded and my name clear together with all the correct credit limits . This is by far the worst experience I have ever had from a credit provider . I even called whilst in store but because it was a Saturday no one could assist me . This needs to be fixed or I will be closing this account
