Worst experience at Foschini west str durban
Considering that I am a loyal customer, the treatment I received at Foschini, West Street in Durban was awful. I had picked a few items, went to the till for payment and discovered that there was one lady working, nobody on the floor was helping a long line of customers and I ended up not getting everything I was meant to buy. Employees were dragging their feet with a distasteful attitude. Really disappointing.
