Worst experience and I haven’t even used the account

Opened my account with them, they then blocked the account and I’m being swing from pillar to post to get the account to work.

I only took the account to increase my credit rating and now I’ve gone through all this for nothing. The forensics team is worse and will put you on hold til you run out of airtime.
