Worst Ever Service/Delivery Etc...

Made a Purchase online at total sports which i now regret now i just wasted my time by the looks of it first of all tracking your parcel is near to impossible they don't even care if you look at all the complaints they have, they don't give a ****, they don't even respond my best advise don't buy anything from them online

And now it looks as if the courier company lost my parcel what a laugh i'm definitely closing my account after this ordeal

And this is all they say to all their reviews on helopeter an automatic reply and further nothing else happens "The information has been brought to our attention and will be escalated to the relevant department for assistance" they don't really care just as long as you pay up every month!!!!
