Worst customer service
I have been a loyal customer of the TFG group for the past 10 years and I have never had any issues but recently my orders are continuously delayed and when I email their customer service about my parcel I get absolutely no response. I get spammed with sms's that my parcel is with the courier for delivery but when I go look at the tracking system it shows my parcel is still in the warehouse for almost 2 weeks now. This service is seriously shocking!!
