Worst Customer Service and Worst brand EVER!

I bought a pair of Crocs online. Upon arrival, same size but one was big and one was small. Firstly, I tried going to Golden acre and KC to change the item, both times they could take the item for some other reason. I was mortified. Then I logged a return for collect online and on 4 whole times apparently they attempted to come fetch the item but that is absolute butter socks. Today I recieved a message saying that they tried today but I failed the collection? There is someone at my premises at all times. My phone is on at all times. I'm literally waiting almost a week for this ******* item to be returned and still have had no luck with these fools. Do they not understand what customer service is! Who trains these individuals, and why are their systems such ****? They definitely lost a customer. Once my account is paid, I will cancel my services with these idiots. DON'T EVER SIGN UP FOR A TFG ACCOUNT, INTERESTS COST SRE RIDICULOUS + THEY NEVER DELIVER AND PROMISE.
