Worst cell insurance

TFG insurance is the worst been insured with them for many years first time my phone got ******, up and down with the insurer and police station etc for 6months eventually gave up on getting my phone replaced. Phone broke a few months ago, up and down to the store filling out forms get one phone call and they said they will check and get back to me, never contacted me for more than a month. Imagine spending thousands of Rands for times when you need them and get no service after all that money spent.
