Worst Call Centre Agents Ever
Dear TFG Please please please stop calling me this has gotten soooooo out of hand I BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER due to one idiot woman who called me one night at 9pm, to tell me a funeral policy is "for your best interest" I have had all my stuff in place for 7y now. No Foschini agent is telling me what they think is for my best interest, i get as much as 4 calls a day. form ***. I told the agents, i app**** online and there is a reason i didn't tick all the boxes, because i am not interested and if i should be interested in a product i will call TFG myself. Now unless you send me a mail Which i was told we cannot send mails only calls, I have news for you, You will not reach me, AGAIN, I BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER. Send me a statement, maybe i'll respond
