Worst and Pathetic Service - Zero respect for TCF Principles

TFG does not even deserve any star ... Thought i have settled my account , requested that the account is closed , and that was not done resulting in my account being in arrears.

Fast forward , I am being told my account is handed over just after settling the magical arrears i had no idea off. They were happy to take my payment but cant assist with the paid-up letter. I am now being referred to a collections company i have no idea off ..... Called the collections company , they themselves have no record of my account!!

Pathetic and unprofessional consultants that hang up the line when they cant account for this mess.
