Worse service from sneaker factory blue route

I'm writing to express disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at sneaker factory blue route mall On 14 November 2024, I placed an order for a sneaker and paid the required order fees. However, after a week i received no calls and made contact with myself, I've yet to receive my order.

Upon inquiry, I was informed that the shoes were never ordered. Knowingly that canal walk had only one size 4.I had to call them myself t9 fine out what was happening.They also never answer they phones,I am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome, especially considering the paid order fees.

I was promised to be called back yesterday on the 21 November 2024 and till now no called. And I called the store 4 times with no luck of anyone answering.

To resolve this matter, I request:

1. That they find the Shoe I was looking for in size 4. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience caused. 3. Assurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents.
