worse service ever

Two months ago i opened a account with TFG. From day one it was clear what was explained before signing is not what i got but its all good the biggest problem i find myself with is the following. When i signed the contract it clearly stated int he contract i will be getting a credit amount 25k but for the first month my buying power would be for 7k. currently i have spend 6k and have a creidt of 1k with a max credit or buying power of 7k total. When i checke my redit information or received my credit report TFG updated there account information to the following that i the customer has a outstanding credit of 25k total. This had a direct hit on my credit and the information loaded is not true at all cause i dont have access to 25k i only have access to 7k. On 11/07/2025 i called the call centre and this person tried her hardest to help me but she herself was confused cause according to her the 25 k a amount i will qualify for over the time like a mx credit type of thing but for now i can only spend for 7k if this is the case then the credit report should reflect this and not 25k TFG has provided incorrect information to the credit service having negative impact on me my buying power. all i ask is to or provide me with waht was stated and agreed on in cotract or update the credit records in accordance to the truth and not inflate my credit power
