WORSE ONLINE SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I have never in my life experienced such poor service and such an arrogant attitude from call centre agent Patricia. So I did my order online which I have done numerous times. However when I did my order this time I checked out and the next email I received was processing my order. Now I receive an email about only one of my items been delivered and the other still processing. So concerned because this has never happened before I call the call centre and oh my word what a rude aggogrant consultant Patricia was. She would not let me talk she continued to speak over me and not allowing me to speak. When I tried to address her she told me she I was not listening. Now according to customer service you suppose to listen to the customer and then see how best you can assist them. Instead she rep**** WHAT MUST SHE DO?? BECAUSE MY PROBLEM IS LIKE I TRIED TO EXPLAIN IF THEY DONT HAVE STOCK IT DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO ADD TO THE BASKET SO YOU CANNOT TELL ME THEY ARE STILL LOOKING FOR STOCK. i TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE NEED THE SLIPPER AND I DONT WANT TO BE TOLD LAST MINUTE THEY CANNOT GET THE STOCK.
