Worried and Shocked!!

The TFG blocked my account because I bought a R1000 gift card.!???? I walked to a Markham store on Mother's day trying to get my mom something only to find my account blocked..!

I sent the email trying to find what problem is since this my new account and that was gonna be my second purchase.. I was told that the account was blocked because I purchased an expensive item on the 9th of May. Even on the mini statement it only shows R1000 gift card on the 9th of May.

I have since been waiting for their forensic what what to this date. I also don't know if payment are allowed on that blocked account as I should pay this coming week..

Maybe TFG should just cancel gift cards or have a R50 limit on it since R1000 seem to be higher.. worse part they don't even notify you when they block your account . Imagine the time and money for transport to get to any of their stores to such news nogal.. !
