Wonderful customer service from Precious & Sanele.

After waiting for over a month for my claim to be put through I finally got through to two absolutely amazing claim administrators, Precious Khoza & Sanele Mdliva.

Sanele was able to spot the issue I had with IMEI number and future on took my statement and sent my claim through, and Precious was able to get my issue sorted within a few minutes and my claim was approved instantly because of her.

I now have a brand new phone all thanks to them, they were both professional, yet very friendly and listened attentively, great customer service, and an asset to the company. Thank you.
