Will the account ever be closed????

<p>Proof of payment was sent via email (also requesting account be closed and credit record be updated) on the 30/05/2016. On 07/06/2016 the this was still not done. A second request was done via the telephone requesting it be done and the consultant confirmed it (paid up letter and credit record update) will be done in 48h. Once again I phoned today and still it was not done. Spoke to even a supervisor and yet she tells me they don't normally get such requests, and they will only request it now. And I need to wait untill the 13th for a paid up letter. TFG is very quick to take money but when it comes to client care there is non. This is proof that they are money hungry!</p>
