WHO DO I CLOSE A TFG ACCOUNT?
Good day
How hard is it for an entire company to close off an account? I have settled this account, went to one of the stores to close the account. One of the employees called the call center, I paid yet again another R50 or so and I was told the account will be closed end of August 2021.
I have yet again received another statement that I'm owing another R47.88: I have asked for this account to be closed.
WHO DO I CLOSE A TFG ACCOUNT?
