What is this?
The reason for my complaint is because i am being charged on my account for a club magazine that i never agreed to.
I never really check my account statement but when i do i normally just check to see the amount due and the balance outstanding. When i checked the other day i saw that i was charged R32.99 for SPCLUB GOLD.
The problem i have with this is that i have never been charged this amount on my account and never greed to receive this Club BS.
I have now paid up my balance and need to have my account closed. Please assist in contacting me and firstly explaining why i was charged for something i never signed up for and the closing this account.
I am done with the theft and **************** that is happening on my account.
