What a way to treat a customer

Festive season is always busy for employees, especially on retail and restaurants. But this did not stop Phindile from Benoni Markham from being friendly and professional in her line of work. I would like to give a huge THANK YOU result for thank you to Phindile for best customer service. Phindile was available, she has an excellent sense of service appropriate for customer service. The way she conducted herself is clear, concise, well-structured and a pleasure to chat to. Phindile Your excellent service is greatly appreciated and keep up the good work. TFG, may our combined efforts (customers and employees) lead us to grow from strength to strength which will only benefit the business. She may not remember be but I am the guy that she assisted with picking the correct colour combination and she also assisted me with my tie. I am however unhappy with the service I received from a gentlemen by the name of Leseba who was rude and unprofessional, but again thank you to Phindile for rescuing the day.
