Wedding ring diamond fall out

Hi I'm very unhappy customer my husband bought my wedding ring at sterns we got married 17April 21 and not even a few month the diamond fell out in the middle of the ring we took it back and they changed it not even a month later today the stone is out again my husband is still paying the ring off an now I must send it again back it's really poor quality if a diamond fall out like this I would like to know what should I do send it back again an get charged again for a ring tht I didn't even wear for a full 3 months because I'm not sure if the guarantee still stands. I will only be 4months married on the 17th August 21 an yet my ring is going back 2nd time around we purchased the ring on the 22.01.21 ring got send away 01.07.21 for repairs item ************** 5ct & 925ring or set and it looks like there is more stones that wants to fall out please assist me in this matter thank you
