Website not user friendly

Ooh Lord what have you done to your web.... What have you done.... TFG was perfect, then you brought Bash. I don't even know where to start. I have been your online client for as long as I can remember and your TFG web has been a breeze to navigate through. But you brought Bash😬.. Even the simplest task one struggles. Did you test it to see how functional it is for an ordinary client or just put it out there? And to add to the matter, my perfume arrived sealed, package in that thick bubble wrap, box not damaged at all, but guess what it was spilled inside the box, lid off, spray button off. Honestly you are dropping the ball.
