Website doesnt function correctly

Good Day.

I have been attempting to order online but I am not getting the option to checkout. I can click on Process Checkout, my shopping bag is displayed and I can not continue from there. I have ordered many times before. The website is not stable at all and constantly gives issues . I have tried on Chrome, IE on my laptop and phone.
