WEAKEST SERVICE EVER

after waiting since 22.11.2018 for an online gift card that i ordered and paid for same day. today i call the call centre ( this after nobody attempted to contact me) and all they could ask me was if they can send me an sms rather the email as my email address is giving them a problem. nonetheless, both email and sms not received. this has caused me embarrassment to say the least and my reputation has been tarnished as now my close friends thins of me as a person who cant keep their word. IM APPAULED. IM ****ED OFF. IM IN EXTREME DISSAPPOINTMENT .
