i have been to the store twice now!! i waited for over 2 hours and noone assisted me so ether give me what i paid for or give me my phone simple as that this is unprofessional and a disgrace i have spoken to lawyers and court now as i am heading to jhb till friday morning if you do not give my phone or money back tfg will be sued and hi will be made sure it gets closed down
