Waste of F#ckin time!!!
I have been with TFG for a good couple of years now. What I don't get is that everytime I apply for a limit increase it is declined but I pay up to R1000.00 more than I should every month. Their reason is that I pay yo buy, so ****in what! I pay more than what I should every month and don't miss payments. And to top it off they ask me once if I would like to increase to a huge amount and I said I don't need so much credit, now that I want to up with a small amount they have this **** reasons. You email them for weeks at a time and they choose to ignore your mails. If you talk about ****ty customer service, you talk TFG! I will not ask for an increase if I didn't need it.

22 Feb 2019, 11:24Good day Nuraan P,
Thank you for your feedback, we can imagine you are feeling very frustrated.
We would like to advise that with the inception of the NCA; strict controls are in place regarding the granting of credit and affordability.
We have checked your account and we see that the credit allocation was increased on 13th February 2019.
Kind Regards
The Customer Support Team
