Waiting for three weeks to get my refund for wrong goods delivered

Horrible experience, I do all my shopping online but this was the worse experience ever. After three weeks of constant follow ups I still don't have my return They keep sending me texts that my quiry was resloved but my bank account says otherwise. I called for a proof of the payment and they refused to present it, which makes me wonder if the payment was made and how they expect me to follow up with my bank if I don't have a reference. I don't recommend shopping on BASH
