Waiting for order update
Good day
Can i please receive feedback... I made an order on Monday 25/11/2019 for two pairs of shoes that was on SALE. Purchase went through and payment was made but if I track my order it only says "order placed" NEVER have i waited this long for an order to be sent out... #blackfriday service is PATHETIC!!!

27 Nov 2019, 11:11Reply from TFG received... I was one of the FIRST people to order but my order was CANCELLED and they didn't even have the decency to let you know it's been cancelled!!! I sure do hope you have refunded me for this... PATHETIC #BLACKFRIDAY service!!!! ????????????

27 Nov 2019, 12:00Okay so I follow up and receive feedback that my order is cancelled... I phone customer care at 11:25 and they tell me no my order went through and I can expect delivery on Friday 29/11/2019... No i receive an email telling me no the order has been canceled on 25/11/2019... So please do enlightening me how you guys go to work if one person tells me it's cancelled 5 minutes later I contact someone and they tell me no I will receive my parcel on Friday I confirmed 3 times that my order DID GO THROUGH!!!! I WANT ANSWERS!!
