Waited for my order for over 3 weeks

P*** my order number

Long story short, placed an online order on the 25 of November but up to now I have not received it. I called more than 20 times, emailed and went on Facebook but I got no help.they were supposed to deliver the parcel at my work place but there was a bit of a problem so I'm currently working from home, i called them on the 2 of December to change my address but nothing has been done because they keep on delivering to my work place and no one is there to receive the parcel, I got no help from exact so I called the courier company to give them the correct address but still today they went to deliver at my work place again... I am defeated, I just don't know what to do.... I called on Tuesday and spoke to zanele colani and she told me she called the courier company to change the address but still they went to deliver at my work place again

That is way to late, called more than 20 times I got no help, emailed several times and went to your Facebook page but still I was not assisted, waited for my order for over 3 weeks, so I decided to call the courier company and they delivered my parcel the next day.
