VOLPES MASLL OF AFRICA SHOCKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Recently spend R15k at VOLPES. Today i returned two sets of pillows cases to the store at the Mall Of Africa as we did not need them. As I had taken one of the pillow cases out of the packaging a small black hair was found on the pillowcase & the assistant Pulani refused to credit my account. I have never in all the time of being an account holder of TFG heard such *******. I have a right to return goods & as always be the case within the TFG group. I will not be treated like a child. Shocking customer service..............................
