Violation of CPA
Just wanted to know, it happens I owe them R250 which I'm in arrears for R45.00. Now in a week they called me 5 times harassing me for a R45.00 which I went in Saturday the 20th to pay the account in full, to my surprise the account is now owing R350.00 on enquiring in store they print out me a short statement. For the five days they called me which some they didn't even find me they charged me an extra R20.00 for phone call fee and col letter fee on a zero interest account.
