Very unprofessional and not happy at all

I sent an application to tfg Group for a sport scene account and they called me to let me know I'm partially approved but need to sent an August statement I did and I called them.to follow up but some lady answered and to me she is checking then she hunged up after holding for almost an hour to my surprise lately I recieve smses that I've been approved but those are not my details all smses are with different names and I'm requested to click on a link but I didn't mxm
