Very unhelpful

Well for the umpteenth time we bought an evoucher for my Godchild for R 1000. The service of Tfg is very very very bad. He cannot use his voucher because someone used his voucher and he has not at all. Niw he wants to use the voucher, or what's left of it. But gets no response from Sportscene Somerset Wes or the the client service centre at TFG. What a lot of lot untrained or unhelpful people TFG have at there shops and at the client service centre
