Very unhappy customer

I am confused and unhappy, i app**** for a Donna account on the 7th documents was received the 8th(according to consultant(send to docs@....... & aswell as instore, i was told 24 to 48 hours, everyday i get a sms to upload documents the last one today Your donna card is ready please upload proof of income, I love Donna fashion if you check my details against my cash card i am a long customer to you and will probably be for years to come as i receive excellent service when ever in your store, dont treat your customers like this, The consultant says then it is at forensics for how long now at validation, please all i want to know is am i getting the account or not, thank yoD
