Very poor customer service and feedback
Hi have app**** for an account with you guys almost 2 months ago, to date i have not received feedback other than it is pending, i had an account with you years ago and always paid on time before i closed the account, kindly advise on the status of my account by end of shift today, this is seriously very bad customer service and not expected from a reputable company like yours,
