Very helpful Customer Care Agent

Called the call centre and Naveed Siddiqi assisted me regarding my order that was not being delivered on time. He was exceptional, explained why,did my refund on Saturday and I got my money on Monday, whereas, I had called the previous week and someone said the refund was going to be processed. I was very impressed with his professionalism and he just bagged me as a future customer!
