Very good online service and client support

I'm very happy with TFG's online service and social media support team, they are very helpful. 2 years ago I used to get frustrated with my orders taking over 10 days to arrive, didn't see reason to come here and write a negative review as the agents were promptly attending to my frustrations(very thankful for that as some companies make you feel like they're doing you a favour by selling you things). Fast forward to a year later, TFG online has improved beyond my expectations and I have never waited for a parcel for over 5 days. Good tracking information, I'm a very very happy client and I would like to thank you for taking your clients' concerns seriously. I recommend!
