Very disappointed

I am so dissappointed , I have been buying from Markhams and Total sport online and have been very happy with the service , do i decided to try HI online , worst decision ever , i saw a phone on sale so i decided to get it for my nephew as a chrismas gift , everything was fine and i was waiting the order then 4 days later i get an sms saying that the order had been cancelled and my nephew as already exceited waiting for a new phone , ended up having to spend way way more then i had budgeted getting the same phone from another shop , and My Question was how do you sell something you don't have because the online shop should go hand in hand with you inventory ,Very disappointed ....
