Very bad service from TFG

Honestly, this is the worst account application process I have ever seen and experienced in my life. I have stayed in different countries, so trust me when I say, THIS IS THE WORST. I tried in 2022 to open account and I'm still waiting for them to respond on any of the communication networks (sms, whatsapp, email) Nothing. In 2023 I tried again and guess what, Still waiting. So now it is 2024 and guess what, Nothing has changed. If they eventually do answer the phones, they tell you to contact the Forensic Department. Those people who answer those phones are the rudest most unhelpful consultants EVER and they still tell you to call them back after 10 minutes to check if the paperwork is in order. What the hell happened to "we will give you a call back". I am shocked and disappointed that a big company like TFG gives absolutely 0 F's for their clients or potential clients.
