Very bad customer service

I opened an account at Sterns on the 14 October 2025 and was approved, purchased a perfume to keep account active for when I do come and use it cos there was a ring I wanted. On the 10th November going to the store to make a purchase I was told my account is blocked and paperwork is needed and i asked howcome and they called forensics and they suggested customer service and they telling me they sent an sms and the only sms'es was congratulations and vouchers towards my account and these customer service people have zero interest in keeping their customers or be of assistance, no wonder people are closing their accounts, well i opted to not tolerate such service and disrespect i asked the lady what my balance was and i paid the R29 and said to close ny account cos how can i be approved for over R10 000 and the next 2 days you want block it
