Verbal abuse from TFG

My 77 year old mother bought beds from The Bed Store. On the 31st of July I paid R2000 towards it. I used Capitec and used eference nr *** as per my statement. My mother has reveived very verbally abusive phone calls last week about the non payment if her account!! Nine of them! This is harassment. I have emailed the proof of payment several times. I will never buy from them again.
