Utterly Dissappointed and disgiuted

<p>Dear TFG-Markhams</p> <p>Having had a hectic month at work i decided to spoil myself to a jersey/hoodie I had seen on dispaly at Markhams, <em>"i thought to myself winter in Cape town is coming and I'd be very warm in this" So at the begining of July i went and bought the jersey/hoodie and it spent about 2 weeks in my wardrobe because i hadnt had a chance to wear it and i finally got the chance to wear it and hardly a week later it had fluff ***** on it and bear in mind i had not worn it that much nor had i washed it outside the instructions. I approached the store where i had bought it and to my dismay i was brushed off and made to feel like i had caused them. Never once was i asked for a reciept so they could exchange it but they just said i should buy a new one, " A NEW ONE, WOW THIS IS B#LL BECAUSE IT COST ME R700 FROM MY HARD EARNED CASH"</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>ITHOUGH THE REASON I LEFT CERTAIN SHOPS AND CHOSE SUCH A SHOP AS MARKHAMS WAS DUE TO THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLOTHING.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>Cant say ill be advising anyone else to buy from the store and should they proceed ill make sure they know of my experience.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>Kind Regards</em></p> <p><em>Aviwe Dyani</em></p> <p> </p>
