Utterly disgusted

I am utterly annoyed at the customer service I received today . I went to Jet store in Parow centre where I was told that I cant use my voucher there . They called the customer service line and they said that it doesnt apply to Jet stores where as in the sms I received it said that I can redeem my voucher at any Foschini store or one of the Tfg branches.

What a load of **** !!!!

Do not send out vouchers if the account holder is not able to redeem it.

I am really disgusted at the poor customer service from TFG call centre .

Thank you to the cashier at Jet for trying her utmost best to help with the situation and for being on the line for almost an hour, I appreciate all the effort you put in today.

BUT AS FOR THE TFG GROUP , you dissapointed me big time today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
