Utter lies about delivery

p*** /// Im utterly disgusted with your courier services, i ordered sneakers last week tuesday, got on email Thursday morning that it will be delivered, later i received another stating that it could not be delivered because no one was home. Bear in mind that this is my work address. Again today same thing happened. Im at work, no one foned to say that they are at the premises. Our offices are strctured in a way that when you get through to the receptionist. They will call me to say i have a delivery. I have called ***several times, your consultants are cold, sarcastic and do not even care that i have a concern. I was told that the driver will return, what guarantees do i have that they even came in the 1st place? What guarantees do i have that they will even come? I will not be at work from Wed this coming week.

Can you please deliver my sneakers or atlist let your drivers engage when they get to the receptionist. This is my 1st time making online purchases with TFG i doubt il ever take this route again.

This is poor services at it level best. Im so frustrated.
