***** using my details at TFG

I have reported that an account was opened using my details and I knew because beginning of July my clearscore report showed and I reported this case with TFG and they asked me to send documents and fill in some documents as well and they said it will take 6 weeks up until now nobody has said anything to me. It's not fair that I should follow them to do their job.
