Useless insurance from markam tfg

Yhoo, I lost my phone, dual dim, Got itc from Telkom, Mtn didnt help,. Claimed at tfg, ok they wanted a letter from mtn, i submitted, today i went to markam store at South gate, hay shame they wabt avdavid for the mtn Itc number, I didn't get.

Now they want an avdavid again, They took over a month to help me from January 30th, up until 5th march, i hace to call, Im not getting help, im not getting anything they just send me around no progress, the service is poor, all call center re agents have different requirements for the claim, im done, they are useless
