USELESS E-COMMERCE SITE
Your TFG Online SPORTSCENE e-commerce site really sucks. I tried to register and to buy a pair of sneakers last night. When I tried to purchase the sneakers it gave me a message saying sorry there is a technical problem. I sent an email immediately in the hope that it would be picked up early this morning by an online assistant as I feared that the sneakers would be sold. At 10.33 the following morning no-one had contacted me, and all size 5"s HAD been sold out. Useless!!! If you sell online see that you do it properly and have staff that are capable and invested. I am keen to cancel my account card in fact as TFG joins the ranks of useless service providers.
