Useless Delivery.....!!!!!

So once again my order is messed up and I as the customer must get stuffed around !!!!

I ordered a special pair of takkies for my wife as she has major foot problems due to diabetes.... It was on the Black Friday special and I knew delivery would take longer.

So after waiting a week I phoned them on Friday only to be told that the order had been delivered on Thursday....BULL**** !!!!! Apparently someone called Candice received the order at my address....BULL**** !!!!!

I was home whole day and nothing was delivered. So now I must wait while TFG investigates ? BULL**** !!!!!

Here are the facts... Fact 1. The courier did not phone beforehand as requested. Fact 2. The courier obviously did not confirm that it was the correct house Fact 3. The courier did not check the person's I.D. to make sure the correct person received the order. Fact 4. The courier company never check I.D. which they are supposed to do. So who is actually to blame here ?

So TFG can investigate all they want.....

I want my order by Thursday or I am cancelling my account !!!!! It is as simple as that......
