Useless collection department

This company is a ****ing a joke,

I sent them my retrenchment letter last month informing them I am unable to keep up with my monthly installments. This month they keep calling me every second day asking me when am I going to pay my account, and on my statement they charged me R20 for every call made to me.

I am already failing to keep up with the account now they keep adding charges to make more impossible to pay it. You'll are just trash.

I am disgusted with your collection department as soon as I get a job I am closing that account and never stepping in any of your stores after more than 5 years of up to date account.
